2011 LCR Convention information
The 47th annual Lutheran Churches of the Reformation convention will take place July 8th and 9th in Sioux City, South Dakota, at Resurrection Lutheran Church.
Resurrection Lutheran Church encourages all to attend, and reminds everyone attending to make any motel reservations as early as possible. Please see the lodging information below for room rates, links to motel websites, addresses, and maps of the North Sioux City area.
The LCR Pastoral Conference is Thursday afternoon, July 7th.
The LCR Council meeting is Thursday evening, July 7th.
In order to aid the planning of the convention, the ladies of Resurrection Lutheran Church request that the LCR pastors send an approximate number of adults and children planning to attend this year's convention in North Sioux City. Please send attendee numbers by email to rachelporter2@yahoo.com. Thank you.
Youth group activites are being planned for the 2011 LCR convention, including: games, swimming, ice skating, adult/teen baseball games, children's baseball games, Bible quiz bowl tournament, annual talent show, and bonfire. Youth and children, please bring $5.00 each for activities.
